Since 2002, Adam worked closely in the development and business operations of construction and precast. Working his way up in the company, Adam worked his days in the plant, field, and office while obtaining his Master’s degree in business at night. Adam now oversees operations while pushing innovation and sustainable work processes at TKL Group’s facilities.
