Terry comes to us from a 15-year Military Career in Communications and Electronics along with 20 years in the Road Construction industry where he played pivotal roles in prestigious projects such as the ON GOV 407 East Extensions. As Operations Manager for the Niagara Falls facility, Terry oversees all aspects of the precast manufacturing process from design review and detailing to full plant operations and staffing.
